The Patch definetely works

Postby teeth_03 » Fri Jan 21, 2011 1:30 pm

So I loaded up NGA yesterday with this QB2 script

For whatever reason, I got a lot of errors trying to get this working, but once I got the script loaded,it worked just fine. It was laggy sometimes, and it crashed when I warped in to where the enemies were, which im guessing is from being the first ship there having everyone shooting at me at once, lol. You have to make sure you send the pawns in first :p The second time I successfully loaded it,it played all the way through unstill I got my ass kicked with 7 enemies still left. Those Warbirds tore me up. The script:

yeah,it was epic sauce

being in the middle of the battle is pretty smooth, its looking at all the enemies from a distance or looking at your fleet in formation is what kills the FPS. Its a good thing the game dosent render stuff off screen or something
