I spent the last couple of hours making the multiplayer ship lists so you can use the multiplayer Create Game screen to see the ship models (or of you re lucky enough to find people to play with).

Unzip to the KA directory. This replaces the batch files with ones that will also move the MP ship list around.

You must use the Custom Game option when creating a game to use the ship lists.

On a side note, some of the models dont render properly in the ship preview screen, but otherwise work ok in game.

I seem to have a couple problems, some of the ships aren't loading.. and the player ship has problems sometimes where it won't fire when I tell it to. Or roll either, to either side lol. And it warps the enemy ship into the system WAY far out lol, takes like 2 minutes before we're even in range. It's cool seeing some of these long lost ships though.

Did you remap the buttons after you installed?

Teeth, Can you please tell me in which of Your 5 or Whole folders the SW ( IMP & REB ) Ships are located. I just want to add these ships to my collection. I have a very good KA that works fine. You have the whole game imbedded in Your collection. I can get Your KA to work and play on my Win 7 sys but it also seems to be missing some of the SW ships.so it crashes and I have to logoff and restart my computer. Is there some sort of Model Viewer that i can use to check out the ships in your collection so that i can verify their existance?

If you really want to do that you're best off looking for the ship folders that make the most sense. You can check the name of each ship in the shp file to work out which ones you need. As teeth noted though, you can't really split out the textures without tedious manual work. Unfortunately, unlike other games, KA just has one main texture folder which deals with everything from ships to planets, to physically modelled weapons (as opposed to weapons that are just bitmaps).
