Attn John: I just came across the new US/UK patch from September. I'm running Windows 7 on an icore 3 PC and I'm certain I have an Nvidia 2gb video card. between the Anisotropic filtering and the Multisample Anti Aliasing, I don't know what the best setting to use is. I find some minor choppy combat animation if I exceed 2X on Multisample Anti Aliasing while going Max on Anisotropic filtering.

I used every setting on max, but last month i install new Geforce drivers and the game was "lagging". Now, i prefer Antialiasing and Aniso filtering to set "OFF" (in KA menu) and AA and AF I set in graphic drivers and suppress setting of aplication.
