Game crash when in system warp destination is reached

So here's one. When ever I in system warp to a ship, the crashes just as I can start to see the destination ship. They can warp to my position okay but not visa versa. Been fiddling with my video settings but no luck yet. Just wondering if anybody might have an idea what's causing it. Thanks.

Do you have a modified install?
