NGA Recruitment

On the klingon academy boards in the NGA Recruitment + Upcoming mini release thread HA ask for people to help a little, if you realy need some help I could help out making a model or two, but the surfacing, scripting and texturing are something I still have to learn, so that would be something someone else has to do. But like I said, I would love to build ya a couple of models

Yea that's quite nice. I like the engine detail on that!

One of the things that we want in NGA is a rarity of ships that you just can't get in other games, so model wise ships like the Husnock, Kazon Preadator, any Hirogen ships and some of the other more interesting Delta Quadrant designs. The other ship that there has been a slight problem with is the Son'a Destroyer - quite a challenge that one.

If you feel like having a go at any of those just let me know.

Right, I'm gonna take a shot at modeling this Hirogen ship:

Is there anything I should know? Like number of points or something?
BTW, is there a specifik date you need it?

No specific date.

About 1500 - 2000 polys should be alright for that ship. Always best (as far as KA goes anyway) to try and get the finer detail from the textures rather than the model.

I am still waiting for the day the Interstellar Concordium will make its debut from starfleet command 2. Their weapon the plasmatic pulse beam was quite amazing. If someone could make those ships it would be incredible
