Ok, I tried the YT function, saw it was hard coded to 560x410, and thought, "Hmmmm. Hmmmmm.". ;)

How do you feel about 1024x600? It's a notch above 800x600, it's 17:10, which is very HD friendly, and from my experimenting with a saved html page from one of my mod revision posts, it fits nicely within the post area without being humongously obnoxious.

Also, can you code it for auto-centering?

If you don't want to go that way for technical or personal preference reasons, so be it, but give a shot to see what you think.

Sizing is something I'm working on, it would be nice to have the video utilize the maximum available space and maintain the correct aspect ratio in the post body whist keeping the minimum width value of the post body in mind to avoid any cropping. There are solutions out there but I have not quite gotten these to play nice with the forum yet, in the meantime I've bumped the values a little.

Now that the bad news out of they way I can move onto the good, alignment is something we can combine two BBCodes to resolve:

Code: Select all

Code: Select all

Code: Select all

Thanks John :P Kinda grew out of the Darth thing like 10 years ago lol... and it was only meant to be a joke with Darth Maverick, but the ability to change it got removed before I could fix it lmao.

Yeah, names derived from franchises can get stale after a while.

Welcome aboard Captain. ;)

Refresh my memory, didn't you create a number of notable KA mods that were highly regarded? If not, no biggy. Maybe I'm just remembering how active you were from my KA website topic research. I haven't had the time to do any KA since Dec 2015. :|

I am both humbled and proud to be held in the same esteem as the Most awesome modders that were part of the KA community. But I did not create any. I did play test a few and have an archive of almost 100+ I think. I've also got the a few of the big mods that load several ships and even some modded missions. Loved playing with the mods.(Especially the Defiant) I was on the mods forum a bit.
